Peter Chovanes began his real estate career over 35 years ago as a commercial office leasing specialist with Cushman Wakefield in downtown San Francisco.
He was principally responsible for negotiating large complex leases for Fortune 500 companies. In 1989 Peter became a licensed broker and opened his own small brokerage representing buyers and sellers of homes, condominiums, TIC's and small real estate developments. A native of Piedmont, CA Peter owns several properties in the city and is always on the lookout for a unique investment idea. Peter is familiar with European property transactions and recently purchased and remodeled a property in Spain which he plans to use as a vacation home.
